Every apartment has 3 rooms and including furniture, weekly cleaning, high-speed internet, maintenance, and community events for the tenants.

I recently tented our home and as we were educated by the company and additional research ,we did not need to wash clothes, dishes, furniture etc unless you were more comfortable doing it.

The last place we stayed had none of those, and I had to go out a buy and broom and dustpan, and left it there.3) If you have the room, have an outdoor shower enclosure. 

Here are the details of my situation:Property Purchase:• Condo purchased in Marina Del Rey, CA in 2019 for $1.3 million. 2k sqft, 3bdrm/2ba loft with large outdoor patio. 20ft cielings with industrial/contemporary architecture.

They typically buy shopping centers, outdoor shopping malls and big multi units.  

But I will give my 2 cents as I have bought and built up 3 full time airbnb's out in my market, and learned a lot in the process.The furnishings and interior design of your space is extremely important, and that is because when people are shopping for a short term rental, they look at the photos first, and often if the cover photo isn't perfect, they won't even scroll through to entertain the rest of your photos and listing.With that being said, my approach with furnishings was always:  -Modern  -Color  -AmenitiesThings wear out pretty fast in an airbnb, so I used IKEA for most of my furniture.

Fun at the residence can involve outdoor activities like horseshoes, a fire pit, outdoor grill and patio, archery, fishing etc. 

Consider all the expenses: taxes (including state lodging and sales tax), insurance, marketing, cost to furnish, city registration, consumables (coffee, TP, replacement linens or furniture, etc), utilities (including TV, internet), landscaping, and even your personal time (answering questions, maintenance calls, bookings, etc.)

We should be more concerned about losing events like outdoor retailer which was a regular event that we didn't have to build an almost useless light rail to support...Completely unrelated to RE - traffic throughout the entire valley was a freaking nightmare for years leading up to that event (we have what appears to be an addiction to I-15 construction here so we've decided to continue snorting lines of orange cones pretty much since that construction party started decades ago).  

And depends if its hardwood for furniture or trim. or dimensional lumber for building.
