There may be Child Support, IRS, Medical, ex spouse, property line suits and other kinds of liens on the property.

I believe in myself, my business partner, our vision, and the skills and abilities that we have gained over the last year.

I suspect it's because they don't have the time, skill set, knowledge, tools, or interest. 

I have always loved building and would like to use my skills as a contractor to invest in real estate and create passive income from rental properties and flips.

My plan is to license the naming rights for each door in the medical student dormitory I created.

Until I realized I need to utilize my creativity, ingenuity, number crunching forte, ability to sell and impeccable customer service skills.  

I have come to the conclusion that REI is a skill I can take anywhere with me and has the potential of making a long-term income.

I sometimes “Hire America”, when price is right, or I need some specific skills, best served by someone from here.

I have skills in all areas & have built many a building from the ground up - including digging the basement laying the block - shingling - plumbing - electrical - framing - everything.
