Re-Introduction as a Full Time Investor!

Hello BP!!! So I had a 2015 goal to quit my day job and invest full time. I decided that I would start the year off with a BANG!!! I believe in myself, my business partner, our vision, and the skills and abilities that we have gained over the last year. We are in the last week of our first flip, and put renters into a second home we closed on after Christmas. It was a great 2014, and I am dedicated to make 2015 even better!

I invest in the Portland area, and would love to hear from anyone and everyone who is interested or wants to know more about the market out here! If there are any Realtors, Contractors, Wholesales, Flippers, and Buy and Holders, as well as Lawyers, CPA's and anyone who loves real estate—did I get it all—lets talk!!!

I am excited about this years potential and want to feed off of, and share this energy!

Thanks, I'm hungry for success! My time was decided between too many activities. I was taking 14 credits, working full time, flipping a house, and working to close a sub2 during the last quarter of 2014, and I knew if I wanted success I needed to narrow my focus.
