Those cities have shown growth and developing infrastructure to support the growing population.  

Local median priced home is $238k and the population is growing rapidly, far more people moving into my area than out.

Find what works for you and never stop growing. 

All the while as you’re watching your savings grow you can be listening to podcasts, readings books, talking to people, and searching for deals.

They are also growing in popularity with other investors in OKC, but are not super well-known yet so you get in on the ground floor of their business.
