Curious what current wholesalers in the state plan to do when this new law starts??

I tried looking into it from the forums, but the financial advisors I found start off at 10K-- we are not earning that much that it be better if we use the 10K to pay some of the principal of our mortgage.

I found the lender from a different state by searching lawsuits and matched the one with this builder and their company.

Their SDIRA company has agreed to do this... so long as the divorce decree spells out this requirement explicitly.

You could sell that and roll the profits into multiple downpayments closer to you so you can start to streamline management better and not pay for it.
