New regulations going into effect... curious what wholesalers plan to do...
Hi All,
Pennsylvania has new legislation going into effect in January 2025 that requires wholesalers to have a real estate license in order to wholesale. Curious what current wholesalers in the state plan to do when this new law starts?? I know Philadelphia already has a wholesalers license but I haven't seen anywhere else in the state that does.
