However, I did hire individuals for tasks (I was the GC) and I did supervise on a relatively regular basis (after they completed a task and I inspected, I paid them).

I think he should sell.I think managing is too much for Kyle, leaving the least demanding tasks unfulfilled.I think he would be extremely unhappy with a management company because he has no appreciation for what is required and likely believe he was being taken advantage of.

Of course being different and taking action accomplish the tasks that support the why.

It appears to me that property management is viewed as a daunting task and full of problems and that's rarely the case.
