Hi BP,

My name is Kmauri (Ka More ree),

I currently reside in Greenville, SC, and I'm ready to dive into the world of

Real Estate investing! I've been studying and taking notes every day, and really

appreciate this community.

I want to get into wholesaling and plan on branching out to rehabbing down the road.

Would love to network with local investors to get a good grasp on our market.

Yup that is how I started. Let it be known (again). I HATE wholesaling.

Having said that, I now flip houses (here is where the money is) because of my wholesaling start!)

The way wholesaling works is, be a shark, be relentless, never give up, keep pushing, hustling... cry here and there a bit,  curse at some douchebag sellers, and get back on the horse and kill it bubbles!

Seriously, for wholesaling you need to be all in or go home. It really is not hard, but it really takes a certain mindset and person o be good at it.

Wholesaling in my opinion is a MUST. Every investor SHOULD start making at least 3 wholesale deals before moving on to whatever niche they are into.

Being a good wholesaler means you will get amazing deals.

Talking about amazing deals. We are closing on a deal tomorrow. I will not say anything till tomorrow.... but you will see what I mean then.

Be active, and let every day include the actionable tasks that will eventually have you making your first dal in no time!

Words from a wise monkey!

Monkey Power!
