@Natalie StanleyI know to $1B funds with tons of assets in one LLCWe have about $60M AUM in one entityIf they were commercial properties then i would consider some segregation.For example last developer I worked with had a campus of 4 MF buildings, office building and retail center.

Hi Nate,You can ammend your taxes going back 3 yrs.If it wasn't your primary residence over the last 3 years than you should be able to treat it as rental and recoup expenses.
