Realistically it is a pretty minor change, but, SOME Tenants will go to great lengths to make a mountain out of a molehill.If your existing Rental Agreement has language addressing drainage issues and for holding Tenant responsible for misuse or abuse of fixtures and systems, simply provide them an invoice for repairs caused by said misuse (after you have properly given written notice of the "proper care" of Septic Systems.)

Hi JimI can't imagine living like that long term, but *temporarily*--while those 2 missing fixtures were getting installed--it might well be doable and worth it, assuming, again, it's legal to do so.
