My goal in real estate is to amass several multi-family properties ranging from duplexes to apartment complexes and hopefully commercial properties but also to share my vision and goals with other like minded investors.

Due to many court rulings, if a tenant with an option to purchase chooses not to move out, it could require an eviction.

I think living in one unit of a 2-4 unit complex with an FHA or 203K loan is one of the absolute best ways to get started.

I am seeing the same in large retail complexes as well.  

Currently we both work for the Massachusetts Trial Court and are not interested in working for 40 plus years to make 80% of our top pay.  

You might be better in just letting it go instead of days in court and lawyer fees.

Here in GA it's non-judicial for the most part ( some really old mortgages might still need judicial process or if title issues need to be cleared through the courts etc.).

I have went to court house and have I know how to look up and pull names but my question is what exactly are you looking for to add them to your mailing campaign?

I live in an apartment complex, my lease is expiring in 5 months, I want to move but I'm not sure what to do.
