Hey NO,

Quick question, im a real estate investor/agent and looking to market to properties with tax liens. I have went to court house and have I know how to look up and pull names but my question is what exactly are you looking for to add them to your mailing campaign? There are a lot of liens it looks like and before I start marketing to them I just want to know whats the best way to pull my information. I am looking for potential investment deals and if I cant get a good enough deal then I will just list the property. Thanks for all the help!
