What say you BP Community... have you ever had a similar situation?

I was stressed because my offer was accepted however my lending strategy fell through.

Imagine you have crushing stress from a problem property, any kind of letter addressing your issue at that time might be welcome, and you would call.  

You cannot sign up for service online as you would with a SFR.Anyway, wondering if anyone else had a similar situation.  

@Darius Moezinia Refinance right after the completion of a 1031 is perfectly acceptable and is a frequently used strategy when cash is desired by the exchangor who does not want to create a taxable boot situation by taking cash or be seen as inappropriately accessing profit by a refinance immediately before a sale that begins a 1031.

If not, google insurance brokers in your area, explain the situation, and you will likely find one that will underwrite.

The stress, the sacrifice, and the unrelenting journey for the few that "make it" where every hurdle is circumvented or just blown directly through.  

Based on what I have heard/learned so far, that seems like a very time-intensive and stressful occupation.  

@Dan Kaisk I was wondering what the outcome was for your situation?  

As to potential dangerous situations for having a license, I guess it's possible, but I think unlikely.
