Do I let it go to voicemail so I can get more details, or will that basically give up the lead?

Good Morning...Today is Tuesday and being much like any other typical day in the real estate investment biz my mind is focused on what I can bring to my team in terms of work output, creating new leads and overall productivity.

Any leads would be helpful,

I have just got a lead form a broker, in Stockton, $340K asking price, four units, Gross rental income $2,600.00/m.

So I'm looking at apartment buildings in Phoenix, I have a list with addresses and mostly names of the companies that own them, some have first and last name of an owner but most of the leads only have the name of the LLC the property is in.

Have them do all the heavy lifting of going through leads, obtaining credit and background checks and then present you with the best of the bunch where you can then decide who to hold an interview with.

I work in downtown Detroit and I'm looking to try probate leads a my first source.

I believe I found the owner of a distressed property on Facebook. I would like to send the possible owner a message but don't want to come off stalker-ish. Has anyone SUCCESSFULLY done this before? What did you say? ...
