Detroit Probate Lead Process: Where do i start?

Kalin Atkinson
Posted

I'm Kalin. I work in downtown Detroit and I'm looking to try probate leads a my first source. I'm learning there's quite a lot that goes with these leads. I was hoping to find out from a person in detroit how I go about pulling a list.

I've gone to the Coleman Young building twice so far and I'd like some pointers on where to start. How do you get a list of names to search once you've made it to the office? From what i gather, you can't go in and just ask for a "list" one needs a case number or first and last name. I hear many other counties have a full list available...
