Fortunately my next guest isn’t checking in until tomorrow so I am able to give them some extra time/another night, but this is the second time this situation has happened this winter so I know it is only a matter of time until this occurs when I have new guests checking in on the same day.

There is a multiplex apartment building in my neighborhood where drug dealing and prostitution is occurring.

There is a mold issue occurring in the main house utility room do to a shoddy roof job where the second unit was added.

Part of why I have PM company manage them is to make sure health, safety, and other legal obligation are met so that the tenants are not put in harms way I don't end up in court.
