I bought a cell connection for it and paid for the year contract to have it turned it.

@Steve Vaughan  My Dad taught me that real Estate was Belly to Belly before there was an internet or cell phones etc.. he would always say so much is in your body language inflections all sorts of things you can only do in person... todays real estate is so focused on hiding behind text messages that get misconstrued etc. 

So, I don't mind giving out my direct cell number.

People are starting leaving in social media, cell phone, failed startups.

Frankly taking 30 listings a month is a big FAT JOB.Too many people want a quick fix.

Works great on my desk top but heck my phone is in my pocket and I'm not so fat yet that I can fit my laptop in my pocket.

How about scheduled conference reminders syncing with your cell or sending previews to clients via cell phone.

I have personal cell phone numbers for a quite a few of them, but wondered if I should call or just send a yellow letter.

I would recommend you get a google voice number that way your personal cell is not on it.
