What do you all use to manage your tenants requests at all hours of the night and day? I know of some tools that manage tenants, like GetRileyNow, Cozy, AppFolio...but are these tools manageable for smaller landlords, and what do they offer?

@Carson Sweezy wise landlords says that either you train your tenants or they train you.
