Hi BP...I have an old house in 1 of the bathrooms in the back of the house which is an addition to the house the oil base heat doesn't heat up the bathroom the baseboard gets lux warm if that...I was thinking of buying an electric baseboard heating system just for that room...The tenants lease is up but they want to stay and I would like for them to stay...I'm not raising the rent but adding the electric baseboard heating system how would you approach the situation as the rent is already at market value and the tenants are pretty good ???

Still, finding a deal that pencils takes a lot of networking for off-market deals, or a lot of speed with the offer, because competition for anything on the market is fierce and growing as the weather warms up.Brown's Addition is great, and I hope to own rentals there someday.

It's harder to keep the unit warm in the winter, but in the summer the AC rarely turns on because the ground keeps it cool.I was recently looking at a potential lead for a garden unit as a rental and decided to search BP and this came up.
