Hello Everyone, new guy here
Hello I'm new to the forum, just looking to learn what I can. Currently have a triplex in Forest Grove Oregon that were renovating to make a 4plex. Recently sold a duplex I bought in 2014, and have sold other single family homes we house hacked since then as well.
I'm interested in learning about getting investors to help me scale when the time is right.

Always nice to meet someone local-ish! For renovations I am fairly inexperienced for sure. I do like the blank canvas and going from ground up though. I would like to know lessons learned on the renovating side though. I have had a few deals come my way that I really did not want to take on involving renovations. Recently though I have been considering a change in tactics.
