Agree 100% but also would say 2024 is not going to be a great year at all to invest in real estate. 2026-2027 will probably be the best year to invest as that is when I suspect pricing will be the softest it will be over the next several years. currently there is limited inventory and the impacts of inflation have yet to hit real estate.

It take hours to put that stuff up, and had to be a while getting it down.Just my 2 cents. agreed. probably happy to sell it back to the owners too!
