Considering how closely this plays a role in property investing (Working with Contractors, Realtors, Property Managers & Mortage Brokers) has me wondering why we don't spend more time digging for someone we can truly trust.Trust is the foundation of our lives, we trust that our food will be cooked when we go to eat it, that our homes will be there when we get back and that others are not actively trying to harm us.

The way I see it, though, the opportunity to provide an upsell is not the foundational purpose of this platform; it's primarily about streamlining guest experience at check-in/during their stay, like a guestbook app would, which is something I've been investigating anyway.

But the foundation was solid, brick work was in good shape, and the floors and floor joists (that I could see in the basement), looked to be in good/salvageable shape.

However, this initial plan slowly morphed into "we're not gonna use cement for the support columns since the foundation is pier beamed..." to "now that we've removed the wall and put in support wedges (instead of jack posts) and nothing collapsed, we're gonna patch everything up."
