Minimum $11,500 for Roof Replacement in San Jose

Hi,

So I am looking to replace the roof of a house I just bought (has wood shake that needs replacement). Getting quotes for roof replacement (Asphalt Shingles 30 year). Reached out to 15 roofers so far. The lowest quote I got is $11,500 with a range of $11,500 - $14,500. Roof is around 2000 sq ft.

Is the amount reasonable in San Jose. Want to see if someone got it done for slightly lower than that.

next roof contact Cupertino Roofing David Smith tell him I referred you we are grade school friends.. and well that goes back 50 years.. you should get a decent price and service.
