Refi with cracked foundation in converted garage
Hi guys,
I want to make an offer on a property with a converted garage, where the converted garage foundation definitely has some cracks. It's covered with carpet so can't see. I know lenders won't refi houses with foundation issues, but do lenders care if only the converted garage foundation is bad but the original house foundation is good?
Thanks.
