Hi BP teamI am looking to purchase a SFH in north Houston area but all of the properties I am coming across require some rehab.

Although I had some experience of dealing with apartment sales in Seoul, Korea, the US market (maybe Michigan market) is totally new to me because of some differences and confidence level.

The three condos are in Broadview Heights, North Olmsted, and Avon Lake. 

Does anyone know of land (preferably raw/unutilized) in North Central MA, Western MA or Southern New Hampshire that is rent-to-own or for sale that can turn into a rent-to-own agreement and that can be zoned for residential and/or commercial (preferably BOTH) use?

we wound up buying in North Pole when we got stationed at Wainwright, welcome to the area!

Our short term goal is to purchase our first rental property by the end of summer 2017 in the North Denver region, specifically Longmont, Greeley or Loveland.  

The east side, in my opinion, offers the space, affordability, and newer development that sets it apart from say the North (great market but much higher prices) and the South (a bit antagonized). 

West of Harlan and north of 44th Its in great shape.

Anyone know of a note servicing company in north Texas ( Dallas, Plano or Frisco) that they would recommend for owner financing ?

The demographics of the US are changing and a ZILLION baby boomers are going to be leaving the north and going to FL or AZ.
