I am thrilled to be on my way to real estate investing, and really just need the spark to get out of the read-a-book, read-a-book, read-a-post, watch-a-video, attend-a-seminar, read-a-book, read-a-book cycle and get started!

My parents dont approve of me learning real estates,in fact in their eyes i have to be a doctor or they'll kick me out.but i want to learn so much regarding wholesaling I've watch videos and read books on it and i would greatly appreciate it for any tips with wholesaling in nyc.

Regardless of whether you believe it, I would check out @Brandon Turner's video on the 50% rule, here.I think the 'quit my job' strategy is much more viable for people actively running flips.

I have contributed in writing several real estate books, written many articles and blogs on real estate investing as well as created more than 200 instructional videos on real estate investing currently being posted on Twitter - Joe Jurek CPA and You Tube - Joe Jurek Real Estate Investing Adventures.I also wrote a book and made an infomercial on how to profit from leveraging Craigslist and eBay, entitled “Buy Local and Sell Global”.Having traveled through almost all 50 states, I currently reside in Central Florida with my family and I enjoy spending time at the beach or all the theme-parks. 

I seen video after video, article after article about how to find deals and how to make deals.

It all depends on how things are interpreted, in our case, we (the owner through me) had the pleasure of having a person of the same position of another utility company help us out because he was acting as consultant by the architect hired, so we surgically wrote our letters according to letters and phrases in the building code and other laws.

Im reading, watching videos, doing some of what I can to learn the most before my first deal.

Also, Be sure to do a very thorough move in inspection including detailed pictures and/or video.  

I also ask for pics and a video walk through so I understand the deal.
