Staying Busy

I like the idea of being a real estate investor, Ive been studying for the past couple of years for it. Im reading, watching videos, doing some of what I can to learn the most before my first deal. Although I am learning a lot none of these things push me towards results in REI. I'd like to know if anyone has anything they like to do or thought of doing in order to stay busy. I have too much free time during my day, and would like to fill it up with all things real estate.

Thanks!
