Know that flipping and offering houses to the public comes with responsibilities and many potential liabilities. 

You admit to placing the paper towels in the toilet which is an improper use of the fixture.Per Paragraph X of your lease agreement, any damages due to your abuse or neglect of the home are your responsibility.

I guess this is scattered, but let's see what kind of responses I get.  

This gives you a place to live and you could both gain some Landlord experience by managing one unit each or sharing the responsibilities.

Another thing I'm not too clear on and will need to investigate.Thanks again to all for your responses.
