Multi-use property - multi-family & retail - is this commercial?
Hello,
I've come across a property I'm interested in that has 6 units total - 3 apartments and 3 retail shop fronts. Is this considered a multi-family property or a commercial property or some kind of hybrid? What kind of loans should we be considering? It is currently 50% occupied with tenants (2 shop fronts and 1 apartment). I'd be grateful for any insight or pointers. Thank you!
