How do I make someone 1st position lien holder?
I am in the process of working with a friend that will be a hard money lender. We would like to make him the 1st position lien holder on a property that I am purchasing for cash. How do I go about making this happen? Is this something that I need an attorney for or do I just need to do that with the title company? Thank you very much for your help and assistance.
