Now if she is a lazy or incompetent agent in the future, then you cut ties.

Often this means you may start as a transaction coordinator or Buyer's agent....working the buyer leads their team generates....so you could be in an office 4 hours a day in the morning cold calling, then meeting with those buyers in the afternoon to show them houses. 

I just got lazy.
