Howdy.  I discovered Bigger Pockets last year in Colorado during my bible school stint up in the mountains.  Excited about making my money work for me, lazy money is out.  Major mind shift in progress.  Hoping to meet some locals who do wild and crazy things with controlled, i.e. educated risks.  Fix and hold a few while live in flip.  That's my focus.
