Inherited Real Estate

Good afternoon, all!

My grandmother unfortunately passed recently and both my father and uncle told me that one of her last wishes was to give her home. She didn’t have this set in a will/trust, etc also the her home isn’t paid off (mortgage around $260/month)

I would love to be the owner and definitely update the home and keep it long term for other potential income strategies, etc. What are some things that mf family and I can do to make this become a reality?

The home currently has a 3 way ownership (my father and my 2 uncles) 33.3% for both my father and the middle brother however the youngest has 34% ownership. The youngest brother may want to take ownership of the home (not 100% sure what his motives are) but regardless what are some options we can take moving forward? I really appreciate all help in advance!
