Courtney, great advice and the timeline you referenced is very "REAL" - I know I have 1 or 2 short sales rolling around in the background since May of 2015...... and the story goes on

It's definitely nice to see so many people helping each other out and it's inspiring to listen to everyone's stories.

The home is a 3 bed 1 bath 1.5 story with a finished basement and 3/4 of an acre. 

Good contractors that work at some of the cut-rate prices and shoe string budgets that many investors try to work with in this area, well that is another story...

Plenty of articles about find a good contractor, and stories of bad ones.

5.If none of the above applies to me, I was wondering if someone has a personal experience story about finding private investors and what sort of contract was set up and if this would be a smart choice in my situation.Any other information that you can give me in regards to my situation based on the information provided above is welcome.I appreciate you taking the time to answer these questions and maybe consider chatting with me in private.

Wish I had a great success story but the mobile home park is built on the family farm.

Now now issues and he pays full rent.I have heard some horror stories from other people regarding this matter.
