Hello BP! Recent grad in Miami looking forward to the future!

Hello fellow BP Members,

Recent engineering grad here now working in Miami. I was recently introduced to REI through my cousin (big thanks to him) and I've been absolutely HOOKED. @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner  of the BP podcast keep saying to do a new member introduction..so here I am! I love the community and all of the great info on the site/ podcasts. It's definitely nice to see so many people helping each other out and it's inspiring to listen to everyone's stories. As a new investor it's pretty intimidating to get into REI but it feels great to know that a bunch of you guys started just like me.

If there are any Miami/South Fl members who can offer any tips on how they got started, markets you've had success in for flips or buy and hold, or anything at all that you'd like to share, it would be GREATLY appreciated! Looking forward to connecting with you guys and contributing as I continue to learn from the site and my experiences.
