@Jay Hinrichs - Totally agree with what you said, except the few industries you listed are not the only "high risk" industries.

You are not "screwed" except if you believe you are.You have equity, so it is a simple matter to get it sold. 

The exception to this guideline would be if you used a credit report that yielded negative info that caused you to pass on the applicant.
