Hello everyone!

I’ve been an avid BP reader and listener for a while now and I am finally getting started with real estate investing.

I live with in Asia so unfortunately I cant do some of the strategies such as house hacking or even be involved with renovations in person. I am a US citizen and plan to return back to the states in about 3 years. I just bought my first property which is a turkey property, but I want to know if that is the most effective strategy given my situation. So my question is this:

Should I continue purchasing TK properties, or is there a better strategy for me?

I am putting away 9k per month towards towards REI, but I want to try and get some feedback from this awesome community before I start putting it all into turnkey real estate. Thanks!

-David

@David Garcia

I support the advice on syndications that you have received here. I would recommend talking to @Evan Loader, as he is someone that has pursued this strategy from a distance.
