I follow the "getting things done method" which basically is:Keep a to do list of every little thing you need to do - so I add to this based on emails/texts for the dayAnything that takes just a few minutes I do immediately, and cross them off the listPrioritize my to-do list by most important tasks and block them off for the dayCertain days I am more focused than others, and when I am not focused I don't work unless I have to.
