Turnkey providers in Kansas city

I have been providing rehab services to turnkey companies for the past 2 years, I have noticed tons of problems with process, systems, honesty, pm services and tenant screening to name a few. I am curious if a person like myself that has done business with many different models that all provide turnkey services for investors. If there was a local company that monitored your property, your pm company, your tenant. Would this type of service help people wanting to become a investor feel more secure? I mean the third party service would work for the investor NOT the service provider. Whats everyones thoughts on this? GO!
