I have lived and worked in many cities in the US (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Honolulu, etc.), and from a real estate perspective, I find it to be the most difficult market that I have ever encountered. 

I am trying to get started in San Antonio, but all my offers are either too low or too late.

Don’t do much tax anymore but have looked into the short term rental game pretty hard in Duval.Most people don’t know but it is currently Illegal to have short term rentals pretty much in all of Duval County except for San Marco area.

Think West Oakland  and Jack London Square and the corridor along San Leandro in Oaktown where all the  artist lofts were/are....
