Hey @Samuel Soto !

I've seen a lot of investors talking about Indianapolis, but have heard it's getting harder and harder to find deals, not saying it's not a solid option though! 

I just want to make sure that in your market evaluation you don't overlook Oklahoma!

We've got great price points (60-80k for steady C class) and solid rates of return (8%+). Also, it's very landlord friendly and Forbes deemed us recession proof! Just something to think about. I'm happy to connect with you to talk more about it!
