Indianapolis - Arsenal Heights (Holy Cross) Neighborhood

Dear BP Indianapolis Experts,

I have a question about a very specific neighborhood (sub-neighborhood?) in Indianapolis, namely Arsenal Heights.  Any insights which are not readily researchable would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking at purchasing a property (I actually have it 'under contract') in the Arsenal Heights neighborhood of Indianapolis.  For those who are not familiar with it, it is a small neighborhood immediately east of the Angie's List complex, and it is bounded to the west by Oriental Street, to the south by Washington Blvd, to the east by State St & to the north by New York St.

Importantly, it is immediately south of the revitalizing Holy Cross neighborhood, and my understanding is it may have been absorbed by Holy Cross such that now it is "officially" part of the Holy Cross neighborhood.

Anyone have an insight, good or bad, into this little pocket?

Best,

Matthew
