She looked like a model (early 40's) but was mentally unstable.I think her Google review of me is still on my business page and it has the image of a German Shepherd lunging.

You have to adopt a research mentality.

Often, we go into a new venture with a mental image of how things should go.

Benefits would be to liquidate an underwater asset from the estate and to get this off the mental plate of the family.

There is no way you'll find deals like that today unless the owner is mentally impaired.

I'm looking to learn, network and grow financially and mentally and branch out to to other areas of real estate, and look forward to soak up everything I can.Cheers,Doug  

I strongly disagree with the mentality among a lot of doctors out there of "I HAVE to pay off all of my student debt before starting my life."

I've found some very genuine people through BP, truly interested in helping others and having that abundance mentality. 

I don't mind that because I have a "start where you can and do what you can do" mentality (and as I have heard so many times even on these boards, "all it takes is one deal to turn everything around no matter how small your marketing").
