Hello BP,

Currently resolving why my profile picture options are always slanted, but other than that excited to be apart of BP.  Spent quite a bit of time reading discussions before I joined and am glad I did.

I'm currently 25 living in Cincinnati, OH.  I'm fairly new to investing (started a year ago) and was drawn to tax lien and deed properties.  Since last year I've participated in 5+ auctions- a mix between live and online and been successful at two of them (two liens, one deed).  I also partner with my dad who puts up the capital on three rental proeprties we have in northern KY.

  I'm looking to learn, network and grow financially and mentally and branch out to to other areas of real estate, and look forward to soak up everything I can.
