Did I jump the gun starting this LLC? 

He advised me NEVER to go to The Florida urban areas, as it has high crime rates and “ everyone has a gun “.

I am not a CPA nor financial professional but a well educated DIY enthusiast. 

I just got through evicting the tenants from hell and I may have jumped the gun before acting upon my suspicions that my new tenants have been dealing drugs and would like to give them a little more time.

hey blake. sounds like you are on a roll. you got lots of great advice here. thats what BP is all about. keep up that motivation, it is key in this business. the money will start rolling in, however, your timetable may be a little enthusiastic, but stick with it. the time will come when you can quit that job and follow the dream.

I told someone just last night that one of the struggles newbies have coming out of a guru course is that they generally only have 1 bullet in their gun...one tool in their kit.

The behavior of the tenant and friend are uncalled for, but don't get sucked into an argument with any tenant.Don't get a gun unless you absolutely know how to handle it and go to a range and continue to practice.
