The Shaved Duck is a sit down BBQ place, nice for dinner, but it's as good as any of the others.

Went inside and then said that they were going to dinner. 10 min. later they texted and said that they weren't coming back.

Breakfast, Dinner, Lunch, Brunch, Happy Hour, Dog Parks, Music or just a nice stroll to start or end the day.

Instead of going out for a steak and potato dinner, they will go out for a hamburger & French fry dinner or buy groceries and have a steak and potato dinner at the STR. 

They did do a lot to help the deceased before she passed such as taking dinners over and driving her to doctors appointments.

And Atomic Cowboy for New York Style pizza or Illegal Pete's for that rice/bean/meat burrito or Go Fish for sushi will be a good lunch/dinner.

I would take each tenant out for drinks/dinner and explain that they have been getting a pass but now its time to enforce the lease and collect cam.  

We're in the same boat, my husband is my handy man for all of our rentals.One time I bought a property at the foreclosure auction on a friday and forgot to tell him until that night at dinner... he got mad for a second too until I told him we bought it zero down (using BRRRR) and that it made $750 cash flow per month :)It's great hearing about other couples like us!

I work for a Fortune 500 company so departing will take away dinner and roof at night. 

Great thanksgiving dinners and lot's of family razzing.....I never stayed with it like my uncle and cousin, but it's a great sport.
