Just a suggestion --when you buy --tell seller that you are looking for your uncle--negotiate good price and get Contract ( Option ) signed and then sell to other Senior ( +55) ---Actually better if you have linen up end buyer first.Most likely all cash buyer --and assign contract --of course they may not like it --if they find out that you are making profit --from other senior--
