Dumb Scam

Ads on Craigslist are now drawing spam (too bad). I'm certainly not going to click on a mystery link in a spam email, but I suspect that someone is doing so.

The last one I got said they wanted to buy my house, but they'd had trouble with fraud, so before they made an offer, they wanted me to send them a copy of my credit report.

Oh, you betcha, Bubba. I'm going to email a copy of my credit report to a total stranger who spammed me.

Seriously, is anyone dumb enough to fall for that?
