The best way starting ANYTHING real estate investing is getting a website and learning how to do your own SEO.

You've got a built in audience, SEO, do-follow links, and much more.

Then after that you should tackle Google, SEO, Blogging,  Online Presence, Email Marketing, Video marketing and networking. 

Additonally, Wix can't compare to Wordpress for SEO and to get your site ranked in the search engines!

I started off with a very simple website but I did not want to put tons of money in it and I did not do the proper SEO marketing, key word optimizations, google + page etc. 

Basically was doing work up to closing on my 3 commercial listings for my commission 1st week in March.Also part of an elite group that's part of a special seo casting system that will change everything.It's in BETA stage now.Might wholesale a few deals.Right now real busy with clients wanting to gobble up properties so I am not looking to buy and hold much.

And then stop wasting time with a business plan, a marketing plan, a website plan, an SEO plan, an entity plan, a business name, a logo and all the other stuff that gets newbies bogged down.

However, when you research online about these companies, there is hardly any negative comment posted about them because there are online services you can pay (I wish I would actually know their names - maybe SEO companies?)
