It's March 2012, what did you accomplish in the second month

I wish I could add something of value from February but my day job kept me at work too long and included my weekends. Such a bummer. I did contact a few Louisiana sellers but the numbers didn't work. BUT, I plan to make an offer on a Fannie Mae home tomorrow. The home's been on the market close to 4 months so we'll see.
